Cancellations:
Customers must provide a minimum of 30 days' notice for any cancellations of orders. This allows us to process the cancellation in a timely manner and offer the product to other potential customers.
Refunds:
We offer a 14-day refund policy for eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@pcfo.co. Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary assistance.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING:
PCFO will send you meeting reminders and promotional texts after you provide consent to receive messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code. After you send the "STOP" message, we will send a confirmation SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you or from you. You will receive messages with varying frequency. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
